Bodel Projects delivered a premium commercial fitout within a high-rise building in Brisbane’s CBD. This fitout incorporated highly specified finishes and carefully considered acoustic solutions to create a functional and modern workplace.

The design done by PTID maximised the building’s panoramic views of the Brisbane River and Story Bridge, with customer-facing spaces, collaboration areas and shared amenities strategically positioned to enhance the workplace experience and create a lasting impression for staff and visitors.

A key feature of the project was the integration of advanced acoustic treatments throughout meeting rooms, offices and collaboration spaces, providing privacy while maintaining an open and contemporary environment.

Specialist fire-rated ceiling construction was also installed to accommodate a UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) installation, ensuring compliance with fire safety requirements and supporting the client’s critical infrastructure.
